Nicholas Dobron specializes in the valuation, turnaround management and disposition of distressed residential, commercial, and senior living investments. As co-founder and Principal of Trinity Capital Advisors, he conducted forensic review of loan, entitlement, insurance and legal documents to accurately assess liability and successfully formulated and implemented exit and financial restructuring strategies for the recapitalization and stabilization of non-performing assets in excess of $350 million.
Beginning his real estate career at KB Home Coastal, where as forward planner, he managed the entitlement and permitting of multiple tracts in Riverside County. From KB Home, Nicholas joined Innovative Communities, as Vice President of Acquisition and Disposition he was directly responsible for over $185 million of land acquisitions and dispositions. He also managed all physical and analytical due diligence critical for the securitization of over $450 million in debt and equity. He also spearheaded Innovative Living, a senior housing division, through an acquisition of a California based portfolio.
Nicholas is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. He currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of California and is an active member in the Urban Land Institute of Orange County’s Young Leaders Program.
