Bob is one of the most sought after self storage consultants in the industry who is both highly experienced as an owner and operator of self-storage properties and RV parks. His prior experience includes managing 100′s of facilities for Public Storage, the largest self-storage operator in the world, as well as Metro Storage, a large regional operator headquartered in the mid-west. He is known in the self-storage industry as an operational expert and is highly sought out for speaking engagements throughout the country. To date his team has accounted for over $200M in value through their due diligence practice and through his practice and its facility process analytic methodologies has netted an estimated average increase in same store revenue and value of 17%.

Bob and a partner also own RV parks and have been engaged by others to assist in either the development or management of other parks as they have become known as successful operators in that highly segmented industry.

Bob travels around the country conducting due diligence projects, operational audits, market studies and training assignments within the self-storage industry. In addition to being Realty Resolution Advisors’ principal self storage advisor, Bob has his own consulting firm, Self Storage 101, with offices in Alabama, Texas, California and Florida, is among the largest in the industry and is recognized as one of the few firms capable of large projects and assignments. His team of professionals through their proprietary practices has vast experience in development, management, asset turn-around, people systems and vendor contacts, and has a unique understanding of all aspects of the self-storage industry.
